The MCTC Commitee wish to advise you that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Mornington Clay Target Club Inc. will be held at the Craigie Road clubrooms on Wednesday, 3 February 2021 commencing at 7:00pm sharp. Finger food will be provided, soft drinks at the bar.
All current financial club members are invited to attend the AGM and are encouraged to submit items of business for consideration to the Secretary no later than 14 days prior to this Annual General Meeting. Please note, Associate Members may attend but do not have voting rights.
Nominations for Committee positions must be submitted on the approved form and received by the Secretary prior to the commencement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
If you cannot make the meeting but would like to nominate another member to vote on your behalf, an Appointment of Proxy form is available to download. Proxy forms must be submitted to the Secretary no later than 14 days prior to this Annual General Meeting
